A Brief Introduction
ScholarlyHub is a multi-journal publishing and editorial management platform. Journal owners, publishers, editorial boards, authors, reviewers and administrators manage the complete scholarly publishing lifecycle in one place — from journal registration and manuscript submission to peer review, editorial decisions, production, publication and usage analytics.
Each publishing organisation manages its journals independently on a free or paid plan, while sharing a secure, centrally maintained platform.
What the platform combines
| Area | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Journal publishing | Journal websites, issues, articles, metadata, archives |
| Editorial workflow | Submission screening, reviewer assignment, peer review, decisions, revisions |
| Subscriptions & payments | Free and paid plans, submission fees, publication charges, waivers |
| Analytics & discovery | Article usage, journal statistics, public search, citations export |
Our Commitments
Editorial independence. Payment status and editorial status are completely separate. Paying a fee can never cause a manuscript to be accepted, receive favourable review or skip review steps.
Confidentiality. Unpublished manuscripts and reviews are stored privately and are only visible to people with an assigned role. Reviewer identities follow each journal's declared review model.
Honest metrics. We report views and downloads that we can measure, exclude known bots, and never invent citation counts, impact factors or indexing claims.
